The Power of Food for Diabetes
Treatment & Prevention
This cooking class is open to the community and will meet
from 6:00-8:00pm on Monday nights in July at Grace Church.
July 7: Gycemic Index and Busting Myths
July 14: Keeping a Healthy Heart
July 21: Diabetes Care From Head to Toe
July 28: Making It Work for You

Each session will be led by Elaine Jumes, a certified "Food For Life" instructor and will include a cooking demonstration, discussion, tips for grocery shopping and the sharing of the meal.
This class is part of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) and can be taken as a full series of four classes for $135 or
as single sessions for $40 each.
